A Crocus Rears Its Head in Tappan
Where are the snows of yesteryear? Last Friday, as I loaded the car for a ski trip to Vermont, I saw several crocus flowers in one of our plant beds. This is just not right- not in mid- February. My bulbs are coming up, and in general, it seems like we are a month ahead of schedule. Right now, I'm sitting at my desk at the Wright Brothers Real Estate office in Nyack, and the window is open. People are walking around in jackets instead of coats, and I just saw a guy in a pair of shorts. In Vermont, only the mountains are covered with snow- the lower areas are bare. I have been skiing there since 1967, and I have never seen anything like this so-called winter. When I get home this afternoon, I wouldn't be surprised if my wife told me that the lawn needs to be mowed.

I grew up near the Hudson River in Rockland County and then lived in San Francisco, Europe and Chicago. In 1984 I decided to return home and have been selling real estate in Rockland ever since. I am detail-oriented and work diligently. Because of the level of service I provide my buyers and sellers, most of my business comes from personnal referrals. I have proven my success throughout the years with a solid track record. So whether you are buying or selling a home, I welcome the opportunity to help you make the process comfortable, thorough and profitable.
