A Super Sunday in Nyack

My husband and I were invited to a Super Bowl party at our friend's in Valley Cottage on Sunday night and they asked me to make a bean salad to bring along.
I love to cook, most people know that about me, it's my time to relax and unwind, so I was happy to be able to contribute to the party and thought I'd have plenty of time. As it turned out, I had to show a house in Piermont in the morning, so I needed to prepare and follow up with that appointment. Then I had a call from someone who wanted to see my listing in Nyack in the afernoon, so my relaxing cooking had to be done in between appointments, not so relaxing, but I managed to get it done and it was a success. It was quite easy to make, just alot of chopping, so if anyone wants a foolproof bean salad recipe, let me know.

I grew up near the Hudson River in Rockland County and then lived in San Francisco, Europe and Chicago. In 1984 I decided to return home and have been selling real estate in Rockland ever since. I am detail-oriented and work diligently. Because of the level of service I provide my buyers and sellers, most of my business comes from personnal referrals. I have proven my success throughout the years with a solid track record.
